We take great care in crafting designs that reflect your vision, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. While we do not offer refunds, we are more than happy to provide an exchange and create a new bouquet that brightens your day.
Please note that exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be applied toward the purchase of a new vase for your arrangement. If applicable, a delivery charge may also be added.
